Toyota Hilux — Winch Support

Design of a structural system for the integration of a winch into the front end of a Toyota Hilux, specifically developed to match the available vehicle geometry and mounting points.

The project covered the CAD design of the complete assembly, integration with the vehicle's front structure, and the development of the required mounts and reinforcements. The geometry was designed considering both the functional requirements of the system and its subsequent manufacturing using sheet metal components.
